Utility Systems of High-Rise Buildings: How a Comfortable Micro Climate is Created in Skyscrapers
At 100+ Forum Russia, experts from the Association of HVAC Engineers will present the latest projects of utility systems for unique structures. Theme-specific sessions will be led by Alexander Kolubkov, Vice President, Association of HVAC Engineers. He will present the project of Multi-Functional High-Rise Residential Complex with Underground Parking within Moscow City Moscow International Business Center, plot 1. The expert will compare the options of arranging utility systems in similar buildings.
Daria Denisikhina, Deputy General Director, MM-Technologies, will discuss energy modeling with participants within the theme-specific session. The expert will analyze utility systems operation in unique and high-rise buildings. The plan is to review climate modelling and elevators operation (stock effect and piston effect) with a case study of a high-rise complex at Krasnopresnenskaya embankment, Moscow.
Some time will be devoted to optimization of technical solutions on high-rise utilities system in the BIM environment. Evgeny Bolotov, General Director, VAK-Engineering LLC, will analyze the options of BIM solutions with a case study of high-rise buildings designs - Evolution in Moscow City and Lakhta Center in Saint Petersburg.
