Graduated from the Moscow State Construction University (1994-1999), Candidate of Technical Sciences.

Dmitry has been working at the Kucherenko Central Research Institute of Construction Sciences since 1999. In 2007, he defended his PhD thesis, supervised the development of design documentation for the construction of a 35,000-seat stadium in Kaliningrad; took part in the scientific and technical support of the 2012 APEC Summit facilities, the construction of a 45,000-seat stadium in Rostov-on-Don, the reconstruction of the Luzhniki Arena in Moscow, being built for the 2018 FIFA World Cup and several other projects.
