Raymond is the Country Manager for Russia, and has been working with leading developers and architects for over 25 years.
Based in AECOM’s Moscow office, he is responsible for shaping business strategy in the region, helping to create new opportunities and establishing AECOM as a major presence in the local market. Raymond leads a team of talented engineers capable of delivering world-class projects.
A professional mechanical engineer by training, Raymond began his career in Beirut before moving on to Moscow in 1995. He has a wide range of expertise including mechanical and electrical building technology, maintenance and repair, steam and gas turbine installation and environment protection, and specialising in design and construction procedures as well as local and international permitting. His recent achievements include Spartak Moscow’s outstanding new stadium, the M10 toll road contract.
Joining AECOM in 2006 as operations manager, Raymond became Country Manager just one year later. Passionate about sustainable, forward-looking design, he has developed an impressive team, attracting the country’s best talent.
Under his leadership, AECOM in Russia has experienced massive growth bringing the best international practices to the local market.
