- is a Russian developer. It has been building residential houses, office buildings and shopping centers in Yekaterinburg for 15 years. During this time more than 800 000 m² of residential and commercial real estate has been commissioned.
Currently, there are 6 projects under active construction with a total area of over 330,000 square meters of residential real estate.
In 2020 the company launched the largest integrated development project in Yekaterinburg - ISTOK. The new micro-district will be located in the South-East of Ekaterinburg and occupy more than 4,000 hectares. It will be home to about 150,000 people. The residential part will consist of mid-rise buildings and cottage communities. In total 4 million square meters of housing and more than 2 million industrial and logistic real estate will be built until 2040. On the one hand this will provide affordable housing for families with average incomes. On the other hand, it will create more than 30,000 modern jobs and provide substantial investment in the Sverdlovsk region.
In the rating of the Unified Register of Property Developers, PRINZIP ranks 1st in the Sverdlovsk Region and 41st in the Russian Federation in terms of the volume of current construction.
