"Riviera Invest Yekaterinburg"
- is a group of companies that carries out a complex of works on financing, designing, construction and realization of residential and commercial real estate objects in Yekaterinburg.
The experience, technologies and competences allow the group of companies to realize large-scale projects of residential quarters of complex development. Riviera Invest Yekaterinburg Group of Companies has five successfully realized projects and is currently constructing two more residential quarters.

- 2013- 2017 - Residential Complex Das Haus within the boundaries of 8 March-Tsiolkovskogo-Stepana Razina-Aviation Street, total area 83,625 m2;
- 2014- 2017 - Residential Complex Beloretskiy in the block of Stepana Razina-per. Elanski-per. Beloretskiy-Chapaeva Streets, the area of 48,852 m2;
- 2017-2019 - Club House Riviera on the embankment of Iset River, in the block of Karla Marksa-Kuybysheva-Tsvetovodov streets, the area is 35,000 m2;
- 2017-2020 - Residential Complex Novaya Botanika, in a quarter of Krestinskogo-8 Marta Street-Vododetskiy proezd, area 55 000 m2;
- 2018-2019 - Residential Complex "Story of Bazhov" on the embankment of Nizhneisky pond on Shcherbakov Street, the area of the first phase of construction - 17,400 m2;
- 2019 - start of Residential Complex "Belaya Bashnya" project on Donbasskaya-22 Partsezd-Orlovskaya-per. Chernigovsky Street in Ordzhonikidze district of Yekaterinburg, the area of 93 000 m2;
- 2020 - start of Residential Complex "Beloretskiy 2", the area is 26 000 m2;
- 2021 - the start of "Yuzhny Sad" Residential Complex in 2-nd Novosibirskaya Street 8 in Chkalovsky district of Yekaterinburg, the area of 72 000 m2
- 2021 - start of Residential Complex "Cosmos" at 7 Cosmonauts prospekt., area 58 000 m2
